This course is designed to qualify the student to go into a work environment and manage stress for office personnel and deal on a one-to-one basis, using Office Massage and different techniques in Stress Management.
 

Ideal for lTEC graduates or members of the caring professions, nurses, social workers and leisure industry members providing they have studied Anatomy & Physiology or Body Massage.

• Fight or Flight Syndrome
• Physiological and Psychological effects of Stress
• Stress Busters
• Treatment of Stress
• The effects of adrenaline and noradrenaline
• Relaxation Techniques

Pre-requisite:- ITEC Diploma in Massage with Anatomy & Physiology .

Course duration
6 Saturdays (50hrs including projects and course work)
