Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised form of massage that works specifically on the lymphatic system. It is an extremely light form of massage that is very beneficial for the lymphatic system and clients with any form of swelling and fluid retention.  It is extremely relaxing and helps to boost the immune system whilst relieving aches and pain. 

This introductory day, from 9am to 5pm, is mainly a practical day where you will learn certain techniques that you can then go home and practice on yourself. 

A full body routine will be taught when you enrol on the full ITEC* MLD course.
